⚲ Location: Kyoto (This tour can also be arranged in a different city upon request)
↻ Duration: 4 hours — 2.5 hours on the day of the proposal, with an additional 1.5 hours scheduled one day or a few days prior to highlight the options.

⌕ Meeting Location: One of your guides will explain the exact location one day or a few days before the proposal and will meet you at the proposal spot or potential locations to highlight the options.

RIGHT AFTER BOOKING
We will suggest several proposal locations via email or WhatsApp after booking and create a detailed plan together.
A DAY BEFORE THE PROPOSAL
A few days (or one day) before the proposal, we’ll meet with the proposer on-site to review every detail and ensure complete clarity.
THE PROPOSAL DAY
On the day of the proposal, two to three team members will be present — to assist, capture the moment through photography, and guide the bride to the spot where the groom will propose. The partner’s approach will also be carefully planned so that it appears she’s being taken to an ordinary location, heightening the element of surprise when the moment unfolds.
