Reservation Date Change Policy
We understand that the course of travel is often subject to unforeseen shifts, and there are moments when the need to alter plans becomes imperative. In recognition of this reality, we extend to you the privilege of adjusting your reservation date. We're pleased to accommodate date changes within a year from your initial booking. You can select a new date that aligns with your schedule, subject to availability. Rest assured, there will be no additional fees for changing the reservation date, provided it falls within the one-year timeframe.
Note: If you request a date change less than one week before your tour, we may have to decline your request, as it is difficult to secure an alternative guide on short notice, especially during high season.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 15 days before the tour date, an 80% refund will be issued. This reflects the time spent assigning your guide and tailoring your itinerary. For cancellations made 2 to 14 days before the tour date, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations less than 2 days before the tour date or no-shows are non-refundable.
